Royal Society Young People's Book Prize

Last half term a group of enthusiastic readers judged 6 books shortlisted by scientists, a TV presenter, NHS doctor and teacher. Read on to find out more...

The Young People's Book Prize inspire young people to read about science through these amazing books and after a few weeks of reading and discussing, we decided which was our favourite and sent the results. We discussed, ease of reading, interest, look and feel and inspiration and rated these out of 5.

In a few weeks the results will be released and we are eager to find out which book will be declared champion.

Thank you to those children who participated. Now we can enjoy these books in the library to read at school or use in our lessons.

Below is a link you can use to find out the results at home.
