STEM Week

STEM Week is coming! There wil be man key events that will be happening this week to celebrate all things STEM. Find out more here!

The key events that will be happening this week to celebrate all things STEM are:

  • Visiting Royal Institution of Science will be delivering a magnetism workshop
  • Children will be discussing significant scientists and mathematicians from around the world during their lessons
  • Carrying out a science project in class linked to their learning this academic year
  • Dressing as a scientific and/or mathematical concept (see below for ideas) on Friday 30th

Science at home during STEM week

At home, during STEM week, children can carry out their own scientific investigations to bring in for the STEM fair on Friday 30th of June.

Children can bring their projects in on the morning of Friday 30th and these will be displayed outside classrooms after pick up for all of The Vineyard community to see and explore.
