Read on to find out what has been happening in Gems this week.
For more information on your child’s learning this week, please check the Latest News section for their year group – Reception or KS1.
On a Friday before we broke up for half-term, we enjoyed our life skills sessions to develop their independence, confidence, and responsibility. The Gems children love this hands-on learning, where they can explore, experiment, and understand the world around them. In our cooking session, the children were guided to use tools and equipment safely and hygienically. We all had fun, and it’s safe to say, the Gems children love cooking! For our outdoor adventure, we visited Richmond Park and enjoyed the early signs of Autumn. We enjoyed our snacks whilst we were out and continued our learning on being safe when out and about.
