Congratulations to everyone taking part in competitive sport over the past two months - Swimming, Football and Netball
Last Saturday the playground was open as part of our Open School project. Despite the rain, around 40 parents and children turned up to play Table Tennis and/or get on their bikes, scooters and skates (all wheels). The two new dino quad bikes were popular!
Last half term a group of enthusiastic readers judged 6 books shortlisted by scientists, a TV presenter, NHS doctor and teacher. Read on to find out more...
Does your child love picture books but you can’t find a book with pictures that is ambitious and high level? Well then, this next book might be perfect.
This book has been incredible popular; we have even had to create a waiting list in our class!

World Book Week is next week and we cannot wait: everything has been booked, stories have been selected and costumes are being decided. For World Book Day (which we are celebrating on the Friday 8th of March) we encourage all children to dress up as a favourite book character or in something that they feel comfortable reading in.
